Earth Catering has continued its expansion into corporate on site catering operations. After a long judging process we have secured a new pharmaceutical company client in North Ryde Sydney, overseeing the conference and office catering requirements across their 6 story building, this opportunity further extends our client base in this area. We must congratulate our whole team that is offering consistently high quality and innovative flavours, and integrating the logistics management that happens behind the scenes.
Support Red KitePosted in Earth Blog on March 10, 2010 by Administrator Red Kite is a charity that earth catering has supported for over 7 years. We are proud to support Red Kite
This is a little about Red Kite
Providing real support to children, young people and their families through cancer has remained Redkite's single focus for over 25 years.
Currently there are approximately 5000 families affected by childhood and adolescent cancer in Australia. Redkite is there with real and practical support for the whole family from the moment of diagnosis, throughout treatment and when families return home to the community.
Redkite provides financial assistance, emotional support and education assistance. Emotional support within the hospital environment is provided through social workers and music therapists, and support within the community includes telephone and email counselling, bereavement support and family days.
Redkite receives no government funding and relies entirely on the generosity of the community to provide these important services.
Consider Donating
Donating to Redkite is easy and rewarding; and your generosity allows us to provide our wide range of essential support services to children and young people with cancer and their families, through the difficult cancer journey. http://www.redkite.org.au/ways-donate
Mornington Peninsula TripPosted in Earth Blog on January 21, 2010 by Administrator
Just got back from a 5 day trip down to the Peninsula and yet again enjoyed the ubandance of Food & Wine. Some of the highlights was Cherry picking and strawberry picking at Sunny Ridge was great fun and not bad eating either. On the wine front we stopped in a the fancy Montalto Winery which is big on look but short on wine quality they will need a couple of years to find some depth in vintages, i could not go past my regular stop at Stoniers where a last release 05 Charddonay was on offer, Lazzar Wines was a great little find at Balnarring with some great Italina Style wines, but my real highlight was Ten Minuets by Tractor, Great Pinot Great Food and freindly family atmosphere a must stop if you are heading down. Corporate Catering Trends 2010Posted in Earth Blog on January 14, 2010 by Administrator Its been a quiet start to 2010, corporate catering is centered around Sporting Events and Festivals, so we reflect on where food trends will head in 2010. Corporate Catering will remain very targeted with management understanding the importance of entertaining/connecting with clients at a social level. The in-house option has been very popular in 09 welcoming guests to your office to get a real feel for what your business is all about. We will continue to see growth in staff motivation catering of themed lunch option delivered to the office as an incentive on a monthly basis. New Years aboard the James CraigPosted in Earth Blog on January 02, 2010 by Administrator What a night New Years Eve turned out to be, the rain held out and what a spot to celebrate aboard the James Craig Tall Ship in the vessel exclusion zone between the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. We catered for 220 guest from right around the world. Having worked on Super Yachts harbour penthouses and homes the James Craig wins hands down for location, the fireworks are just so close they rattle your bones. Have a great new years...... Edy |
